Hexagonal boron nitride powder and graphite powder both can be used as lubricating and release agent. Although graphite powder is cheaper than hexagonal nitride powder, it will oxidize under the temperature about 500 ℃, which cause the lubricating performance become worse. Hexagonal boron nitride powder can bear the temperature of 900 ℃, and the lubricating performance is significantly better.
