2. Packaging, storage and transportation
2.1 Aluminum Nitride Powder is packed in double layers. The inner layer is bound with powder-free plastic bags, and the outer layer is mechanically sealed with aluminum plastic bags. The outer package is protected by hoop iron barrel. Labels containing the supplier's name, product name, product specification, batch number and net weight shall be pasted outside the iron drum.
2.2 Aluminum Nitride Powder shall be stored in a cool and dry place to prevent moisture and shall not be stored open.
2.3 Aluminum Nitride Powder shall be covered during transportation to prevent rain and moisture.
3. Quality Certificate
Each batch of products is attached with a quality certificate, including the following information: supplier' s name, product specification, batch number, net weight, analysis and inspection results, seal of supplier's quality inspection department and inspection date.

03：The D50 size of Aluminum Nitride Filler Powder: 03 indicates that the D50 size is 3 μm. 05 indicates that the D50 size is 5 μm。
